Notifications
The Notifications feature allows you to manage email notifications for events that require your attention, including scan failures and Hosted Agent token expiration. Notifications can be configured from Notification Preferences, giving you flexible control over which events you receive and how often you receive them.
These settings control email notifications only. Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications are configured separately under Integrations.
Delivery Settings
The Delivery setting determines how often enabled notifications are sent to your email.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Off | Pauses all email notifications. Your notification preferences are saved and can be restored when you enable email delivery again. |
| Live | Sends an email as soon as a configured event occurs. |
| Daily | Sends one email containing notifications from the previous 24 hours. |
| Weekly | Sends one email containing notifications from the previous 7 days. |
Applications
The Applications tab allows you to configure email notifications related to your applications.
There are two ways to configure application notifications:
- Default for All Applications
- Per-Application Configuration
Default for All Applications
The Default for All Applications setting applies the selected notification preference to all applications in your account.

Configure a Default Notification
-
Go to Notifications.

-
Select the desired Delivery frequency:
- Live
- Daily
- Weekly
-
Select the Applications tab if not selected.
-
Under Default for All Applications, locate the notification event, such as Scan failure.
-
Turn the notification toggle on.

The selected notification preference is then used as the default for all applications.
For example, if you enable Scan failure under the default settings, email notifications for scan failures are enabled for all applications unless an application has its own configuration.
Per-Application Configuration
Per-Application Configuration allows you to customize notification settings for a specific application.
This is useful when you want an application to have different notification settings from the default configuration.
-
Click Add application

-
Select the Application to configure separately and Click Add application

-
After selecting an application, you can configure its notification settings separately from the default settings

- Enable or disable notifications for the selected application using the toggle.
- Delete the application-specific configuration using the delete icon.
Agents
The Agents tab allows you to manage email notifications for Hosted Agent token expiration. Enable the Agent token expiry notification to receive alerts when an agent’s token is about to expire or has already expired.

Account
The Account tab allows you to manage email notifications for Personal Access Token expiry. Enable the Personal access token expiry notification to receive alerts when your token is about to expire or has already expired.
