How to Create a Ticket

Open your browser and visit: https://<your-tenant>.apisecapps.com

Visit the application.​

  • Click on "See more" to open the application Click See More

Create a Ticket​

  • Click "Vulnerabilities" Tab. Click Vulnerabilities
  • Click on row to view "Report" Click row to view report
  • Click on the setting dropdown. Click setting
  • Click on the "Create a ticket" option. alt text
  • Fill the "Enter your comment here" field.. alt text
  • Click "Yes" to confirm alt text
  • "Created ticket available" alt text
note

user role with View permissions can not create a ticket for vulnerability in shared application.
